The winners are published each month in the Greater Rochester edition of the Bingo Bugle Newspaper. Prizes are mailed to winners automatically on or about the 15th of the month in which they were published. Winners are picked by random drawing on the 16th of the month prior to each edition, and entries received through the 15th of that month are eligible. Entries received after the 15th will simply be added in the following month's drawing. Only one entry per household, per month will be accepted. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and live within the nine-county area served by the Greater Rochester, NY edition of the Bingo Bugle, specifically: Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Seneca, Yates, Livingston, Wyoming, Genesee and Orleans counties of New York State. Eligible persons may enter by filling out and submitting this on-line entry form or by mail either by filling out the Sweepstakes entry form published each month in the Bingo Bugle, or using a piece of paper with the entrant's name, address, city, zip code and favorite bingo location and sending them to: Bingo Bugle Sweepstakes, 2109 Buffalo Rd., Rochester, NY, 14624.
